Duties Design and implement customized lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and individual student needs in math and coding subjects Utilize various learning technologies to enhance understanding of complex concepts such as algebra, geometry, calculus, data structures, machine learning, and organic chemistry Deliver engaging tutoring sessions to students of different age groups, including early childhood education, school-aged children, and adult learners Assess student progress regularly and adapt instructional strategies to optimize learning outcomes Manage classroom environments effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere conducive to active participation Collaborate with parents, educators, or program coordinators to support student development and address specific learning challenges Maintain detailed records of tutoring sessions, student achievements, and areas for improvement Requirements Proven experience in tutoring or teaching mathematics, computer science, or related STEM fields such as electrical engineering, chemical engineering, microbiology, or biochemistry Strong knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning across various levels of education including higher education and special education settings Familiarity with learning technology tools and digital platforms used for remote or classroom instruction Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with children, students with special needs, or adult learners Solid understanding of core concepts such as trigonometry, differential equations, statistics, organic chemistry, genetics, anatomy knowledge, and data structures Ability to manage classroom environments confidently while maintaining engagement and discipline Computer skills necessary for creating instructional materials and tracking student progress Passion for education with a commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and growth
