Math Specialist Position:
Privately owned educational therapy company looking for a passionate and experienced math tutor or math specialist to provide individualized support to middle through high school students. We are looking for someone who enjoys working one-on-one with students and can make math feel approachable and engaging. This position is a great fit for an experienced teacher or tutor who has a strong understanding of middle and high school math and enjoys helping students build both skills and confidence. In this position, you will provide individualized math instruction and support based on each student's specific needs. Sessions may include math skill remediation, homework and classroom support, strengthening foundational skills, problem-solving, and helping students develop effective strategies for approaching challenging math tasks. You will work collaboratively with our team to establish goals for students and will communicate regularly with parents about progress and areas for continued practice. While you will have autonomy in your work with students, you will also receive collaboration and support from our team.
