A Tutor works with students who need additional help or review. Provides instruction in an academic subject, or reviews a particular class lesson, or assists with preparing for a test. Works with students one-on-one or in a small group, and usually meets with students outside of school.

Unlike large tutoring centers, we intentionally maintain a maximum 1:6 tutor-to-student ratio, allowing tutors to build meaningful relationships and provide individualized instruction that helps students grow in both skill and confidence. Responsibilities As an Academic Tutor, you will: Teach small groups of elementary and middle school students (maximum 6 students) Provide homework assistance while encouraging independence and problem-solving Teach Singapore Math using conceptual teaching methods (training provided) Support students in reading comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, and writing Lead engaging educational enrichment activities Monitor student progress and provide feedback to admin team Foster a positive, encouraging, and structured learning environment Collaborate with fellow tutors and admin We're Looking For Someone Who.. .
