Must demonstrate aptitude for work to be performed. Must possess skill and ability to work with at-risk and/or special needs students. Must possess computer literacy and ability to follow a structured schedule Must pass the CODESP instructional aide exam, or complete 48 units of college credit, or possess an AA degree. A DOJ background clearance will be conducted. TB test and graduation from the 12th grade required. The Intervention Aide will serve as a roaming support staff member, providing assistance wherever there is a need throughout the school day. This position will help fill staffing gaps, provide classroom and student support, assist with coverage as needed, and respond to changing needs across campus.
