Job Description

For 2026-27 School year • Applicants are required to work in clients' homes in one or more of the following towns in
CT or NY:
Greenwich, New Canaan, Darien, Rye, Bedford, or Scarsdale. •This is a position that requires traveling to the student's home. Executive Functioning Coach (In-Person Only) Teaching certification (preferably in special education-elementary, middle, secondary level) General education certification is acceptable with experience working with students with special needs. Master's degree (or currently pursuing one) in special education or a related education field preferred. Experience working with middle and high school students and/or elementary or college-aged students. Expertise in study skills, organization, and time management strategies. Background in reading and writing remediation is essential (OPTIONAL) Certification or experience with programs such as OG, Wilson, or PAF is highly beneficial but not mandatory Math/science background is a plus, though proficiency up to 5th-grade math is sufficient.
Additional Details:
Most students have verbal or non-verbal learning disabilities and/or ADHD Tutors are hired as independent contractors (not employees) Contractors have full autonomy, including control over scheduling and instructional methods, and are responsible for their own taxes. There are no restrictions on outside work—contractors are free to take on additional clients or employment outside of their work for this company.
