Job Overview We are seeking passionate and dedicated teachers for students of all ages and content areas to join our educational team. We are a fast growing tutoring company that hires experienced teachers to tutor on their own schedule. We match tutors with quality clients based on availability, including daytime tutoring, afterschool/evening tutoring, or weekends. Interested candidates must be willing to work with clients in-person in the Fort Walton Beach area. Responsibilities Manage parent communication, including scheduling and confirming location. Submit hours from sessions. Plan effectively for each session to support student growth. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff regarding student performance and needs. Experience Proven classroom experience and lesson planning is essential. Knowledge of educational standards and testing. Familiarity with curriculum development and educational standards. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues. A background in tutoring or providing individualized support to students will be advantageous.
