Job Description
Job Summary High school tutors needed to teach Math, English, and/or Science. Experience with SAT and ACT instruction is a plus. Afternoon/Evening and Saturday availability is important. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate High School-level Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and enhancing student engagement through innovative teaching methods. This role requires proficiency in various subjects, particularly in English Language Arts, along with the ability to implement effective curriculum development and classroom management strategies. Responsibilities Cater to diverse learning styles. Utilize learning technology to enhance instructional delivery and student interaction. Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a respectful and productive learning environment. Maintain accurate records of student progress and performance, providing feedback to students and parents as necessary. Participate in training opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and methodologies. Experience All experience level tutors are welcome to apply - recent grads, current teachers & retired professionals.
