Part-Time Learning Center Assistant Kumon of Lutz Lake Crossing - Lutz, FL Kumon of Lutz Lake Crossing is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Part-Time Learning Center Assistants to join our team! Schedule Mondays & Thursdays 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for high school students, college students, or anyone who enjoys working with children. No prior experience is required—we provide training. Responsibilities Assist students with Kumon Math and Reading assignments. Grade classwork and homework. Provide encouragement and maintain a positive learning environment. Help keep the center organized and running efficiently. Qualifications Strong understanding of high school-level Math and Reading. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Enjoy working with children. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
