At The Bilgrav School, every student receives individualized 1:1 OG instruction. We are looking for a dedicated educator who is passionate about helping bright, dyslexic learners build confidence and achieve success. This position offers the opportunity to work with the same students on a consistent basis, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and make a lasting impact. We are a small, highly specialized school that prides itself on providing individualized support and creating an environment where students with dyslexia can thrive. Requirements & Responsibilities Bachelor's Degree required Training in Orton-Gillingham or an OG-based structured literacy program required Minimum of two years of experience teaching and/or tutoring students with dyslexia preferred Provide 1:1 Orton-Gillingham instruction to assigned students Maintain communication regarding student progress Collaborate with school staff to ensure student success Participate in ongoing professional development as requested Schedule Monday through Friday (when school is in session) 4 hours per day Consistent daytime schedule Compensation Up to $65 per hour, based on experience and training Access to school-provided OG materials and resources To Apply Please email your resume and a brief cover letter to:
