Our warm, supportive environment offers a teaching home for educators to utilize skill and heart in meaningful ways supporting and advancing struggling students' academic journey. • Degree in elementary education, special education or closely related field
• Understanding and compassion for various learning profiles
• Committed, heart lead, high quality educator
• Willingness to work in 1:1 in person teaching setting as well as transition to ZOOM sessions as necessary (trained)
• Desire to be trained in specialized learning methodologies
