Utilize reinforcement strategies and data-driven techniques to encourage positive behavior.

Collect, record, and summarize data on student progress and behavior throughoutsessions.

Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to review data and adjustprogramming.

Support students during transitions, mealtimes, and classroom activities as needed.

Collaborate with teachers and therapists to support carryover of skills across settings.

Maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment at all times. Adhere to all district and special education policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with each student's Individualized Education Program (IEP) and/or 504 Plan.
