Job Description

Overview Are you a current, former, or retired teacher or stay at home mom who wants to make a real difference in a child's life, but often feels limited by large class sizes and a rigid curriculum? Do you long for the opportunity to have those daily "light bulb" moments, where you see a student's face light up with the joy of learning? If you're passionate about teaching and are craving a rewarding side gig, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Sylvan Learning Center of Southern Pines, NC is seeking an afterschool, part-time tutor to work with students from Pre-K through 12th grade.
