To Be Determined Job Description Camp Tutor (4 positions - Students in College/High School Graduate?) The Camp Tutor will provide targeted academic support to students participating in the Summer 2026 Taking Flights Soaring to New Heights Summer Enrichment Program. The tutor will work with individual students and small groups to reinforce skills taught during camp while supporting confidence, engagement, and positive learning habits. Key Responsibilities

• Provide small group and one on one academic support
• Reinforce lessons introduced during camp courses
• Support skill building in reading, math, and problem solving
• Assist students with assignments and enrichment activities
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teachers
• Encourage positive academic behaviors and growth mindset
• Maintain a supportive and respectful learning environment Required Skills and Qualifications
• Strong academic skills in reading and math
• Experience working with children or adolescents preferred
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
• Positive, encouraging, and supportive demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
