Job Description
English & Writing Tutor - Part-Time (In Person) Long Island Tutoring Service Long Island Tutoring Service is seeking motivated and enthusiastic English and Writing tutors to work with students in person at our tutoring center . We are currently hiring tutors with some availability weekday afternoons/evenings and weekends .
Subjects and Skills Needed:
Middle School English /ELA High School English Essay Writing and Editing Reading Comprehension Regents English Prep SAT and ACT Reading & Writing Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required (English, education, or related field preferred) Strong writing, grammar, and reading comprehension skills Ability to explain concepts clearly and help students improve their writing Willingness to participate in a screening and training processWhat We Offer:
