Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated High School Tutors to inspire and support students in achieving their academic goals. As a High School Tutor, you will provide personalized instruction across a variety of subjects, including science, mathematics, English language arts, and test preparation. Duties Develop customized lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual student needs Deliver engaging online instruction using a variety of learning technology tools and platforms Provide targeted tutoring in subjects such as science, mathematics, English language arts, and SAT preparation Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate different learning styles and special education requirements Monitor student progress through assessments and provide constructive feedback to support improvement Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment Collaborate with parents, teachers, and educational specialists to support student success and address challenges Qualifications Prior experience in tutoring or teaching high school students across multiple subjects Strong knowledge of curriculum development and instructional adaptability Proficiency with learning technology and online instruction platforms Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds Demonstrated expertise in science, math, English language arts, or test preparation tutoring Experience working with children or adolescents in educational settings or childcare environments Ability to plan lessons effectively while maintaining flexibility for individual student needs Familiarity with learning styles adaptability and special education considerations is preferred Passion for education, patience, and enthusiasm for helping students succeed Join us in empowering high school students to excel academically while developing your teaching skills in a dynamic and supportive environment!
