is looking for a responsible and enthusiastic Part-Time Spanish Tutor to work with students who are learning Spanish. The tutor will help students improve their Spanish skills, including speaking, listening, reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and school coursework. We are looking for someone who is patient, communicative, and able to make lessons engaging and easy to understand. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one or small-group Spanish tutoring Help students with Spanish homework, assignments, and school coursework Teach Spanish grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking Explain difficult concepts in a clear and student-friendly way Prepare lessons based on each student's level and learning needs Help students prepare for quizzes, tests, and exams Communicate with students and parents about learning progress when needed Maintain a positive, supportive, and professional learning environment Qualifications Strong proficiency in Spanish Strong communication and teaching skills Patient, responsible, and dependable Comfortable working with middle school and/or high school students Previous tutoring or teaching experience is preferred College students, graduate students, teachers, and experienced tutors are welcome to apply Ability to teach in person in the Cambridge/Boston area is preferred Ability to provide online tutoring is a plus Schedule This is a flexible part-time position.
