About us Grade Potential is a leading provider of personalized, in-person tutoring services nationwide. With flexible in-person tutoring opportunities, subject variety, and a dedicated support team, we ensure tutors have the tools they need to thrive. About the student 4th grade student The student needs to work with a tutor primarily for support in math and ELA. The student is a 4th grader attending Brookdale Elementary. He has issue with subtraction, division, fractions and a lot of basic math concepts. He will need help with his ELA skills including reading comprehension and the ability to pull details from a story. The goal is for the student to be confident in his ability to complete his school work independently. The family wants 1 hour sessions 3 times a week, between 3pm-10pm, any day Mon-Sun, available 7 days a week. The family is seeking a tutor who can meet at their home in Orangeburg near Brookdale Elementary School. Qualifications Ideal candidates will have prior experience working with elementary school students. Ideal candidates will have experience teaching math and English skills. Willing to travel within your preferred local radius to meet the student (typically 5-10 miles) Due to insurance requirements, applicants must not be a minor.
Student Availability MON-SUN:
(7 days a week) 3:00pm-10:00pm Pay & Benefits $25.00- 30.00+ per hour Flexible schedule
