Who we are: Cram Crew is a luxury, academic tutoring firm based in Texas that provides in-home tutoring with a personalized, tailored approach to students' educational plans. We have been in the business for over 27 years and are looking for multi-talented lifelong learners ready to join our team. As a Math Tutor, you will prepare students for the Math and Science sections of the ACT and the Math sections of the SAT. There are opportunities to grow within Cram Crew by expanding your services to help students with other standardized tests and upper-level academic subjects, such as Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Calculus, and all Algebras. Workshops and administrative tasks are required. All employees must be available for a weeklong training in Katy, Texas. Tutors will be expected to commute around the greater Dallas area. What you'll be responsible for: Algebra 1 and 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus and Statistics Tracking and analyzing student progress Communicating with clients and the office accordingly Willingness to meet students in-home and commute within the local metropolitan area Minimum commitment of 10 hours of tutoring per week (mostly evenings and weekends) Schedule and manage your own tutoring sessions that align with students' availability Administrative tasks as required by our offices What you should offer: 1-year commitment preferred Min. of 60 college credit hours Strong communication and time management skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently Ability to provide an excellent client experience to students and parents Flexibility, initiative, and problem-solving skills Tutoring experience preferred (high school level) Passion for education What we offer: Flexible schedule Driving compensation ($20.00/hour) Matching 401(k) Program Paid time off and holidays Team-building and social events Opportunities for professional growth within
