Most importantly, applicant must have a commitment to integrity, quality, enthusiasm, exceptional service, and teamwork. Job Description We are seeking a part-time Head Instructor for our center in Friendswood, Texas, who is comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

Supervise classroom operations and ensure that all instructors adhere to The Tutoring Center's proven system Analyze student progress and recommend appropriate instructional strategies and techniques Prepare student progress reports and communicate results to parents Reach out to student teachers to understand class syllabus and test schedules to provide tutoring guidance to instructors Maintain attendance records, file student related artifacts in an organized and detailed fashion Support Center Director with all student enrollment related activities Foster good relationships with parents to provide excellent customer service and increase student retention Schedule, confirm and follow up on parent test consultations, and other meetings Administer Diagnostic Assessments, as needed Assist in the hiring and development of new instructors.

Requirements include:

One year commitment Completion of the franchise training program Available Monday

• Friday, 2:30
• 7:30pm and some Saturdays as needed.

The ideal candidate for this position will hold a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and possess experience in the classroom or school administration.
