Science Interventionist/Tutor - Part-Time About the Position We are seeking a Part-Time Science Interventionist/Tutor to support students at Harmony Science Academy Houston during the 2026-2027 school year . The Interventionist/Tutor will provide targeted academic support, help students strengthen their understanding of Science concepts, and work closely with teachers to address learning gaps and support academic growth.

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30

PM Location:

Harmony Science Academy Houston, Houston, TX Responsibilities Provide small-group and one-on-one Science support. Reinforce grade-level Science concepts and classroom instruction. Help students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific reasoning skills. Identify learning gaps and provide targeted academic support. Monitor and document student progress. Adapt support to meet individual student needs. Collaborate with teachers and school staff. Maintain a positive, structured, and supportive learning environment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. Degree in Science, Education, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred. Strong knowledge of Science concepts and curriculum. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively with students individually and in small groups.
