Tuesday-Friday, approximately 5:00-7:00 PM, with additional grading hours available About the Position We are looking for a friendly, patient, and dependable Part-Time English Tutor / Instructor to work with elementary and middle school students. We welcome college students, recent graduates, and experienced tutors or educators who enjoy working with children and are looking for a consistent part-time position. Curriculum, teaching materials, and training are provided. No lesson planning is required. What You'll Do Guide K-8 students in reading, vocabulary, grammar, and writing Help students understand concepts and correct their mistakes Support students using our provided curriculum and teaching materials Review and grade student assignments Track student progress Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment Communicate with center staff about student progress What We're Looking For Strong English reading, writing, and grammar skills Patient, responsible, and dependable Enjoy working with children Able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule Able to reliably commute to our Redmond location Previous teaching, tutoring, or experience working with children is preferred but not required College students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
