Are you passionate about helping students succeed? We're looking for an enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and dependable educator to join our tutoring team. If you enjoy making challenging subjects understandable and helping students build confidence, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Provide homework support for students in subjects like Algebra, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Calculus, Physics, and/or Chemistry Deliver Sylvan programs to support students in grades K-12 with math and reading Encourage confidence, critical thinking, and strong study habits Communicate professionally with students and our team Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Has strong knowledge of upper-level high school math and/or science Can confidently help students learn Algebra, Geometry, Physics, Chemistry, and/or Calculus Is willing to work with younger students in elementary and middle school reading and math Enjoys working with students of all ages and ability levels Is patient, encouraging, reliable, and engaging Has excellent communication skills Qualifications Progress towards bachelor's degree (required); degree in education, mathematics, science, engineering, or a related field preferred Previous teaching or tutoring experience strongly preferred Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, encouraging manner Comfortable working with students from elementary through high school This position offers highly flexible scheduling options designed to fit your lifestyle while making a meaningful impact on students' academic journeys.
