Make the games fun for the participantsBefore leaving, make sure that everything is put back properly and nothing is left out that should be put up. Time watches and ref shirts are not yours to keep! Please put them back where you got them!!! (Exceptions are if you provided your own).

Referees team sports (Flag Football), encourages sportsmanship and encourages children to build their confidence through sports.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
