Responsibilities:

Assist with game-day operations for home athletic events, including men's and women's soccer, volleyball, and basketball. Welcome guests and provide excellent customer service. Perform assigned event duties to help ensure games run smoothly. Follow instructions from Athletics staff and event supervisors.

Friendly and professional customer service skills. Dependable and punctual. Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and guests. Ability to work as part of a team. Willingness to work evenings and weekends based on the athletic schedule.

Qualifications:

Ability to stand or sit for extended periods depending on the assigned role. Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor environments. No prior experience required; training is provided.

Type of Work:

Ticket Taker Arrive one hour before the start of each home game. Welcome spectators, collect admission payments, and assist guests entering the venue. Volleyball Ball Shagger Retrieve and return volleyballs during play. Roll balls between ball shaggers and provide the ball to the server when needed. Remain attentive throughout the match to support game officials and players. Soccer Ball Shagger Stand along the sideline throughout the game. Retrieve balls that leave the field and quickly return them to play by throwing them in as directed. Move up and down the sideline as needed during the match. Basketball Floor Crew Monitor the playing surface during the game. Mop the court as needed when moisture creates a slippery playing surface. Be prepared to respond quickly while remaining seated between assignments.
