Job Description

Manage and direct open gym programs at the Plymouth Community Center. Current and future programs include basketball, pickleball, volleyball, badminton, and table tennis. Programs will be offered primarily on the weekends (Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday), with some limited weekday programs. Excellent opportunity for someone looking to work weekend shifts and a few evenings.
Anticipated hours:
10 - 15 hours/week. Set up the gym for program use; take down equipment at the end of the evening Monitor play in the gym and flex the space as needed Facilitate wait lists for play as needed Facilitate full court to half court play as the crowd size dictates as needed Ensure all participants have paid and are displaying a wrist band Maintain sports equipment as needed Must be 16 years old Must be able to work until 9:00PM on weeknights Must be able to work weekends Must be confident enforcing rules with participants
