Afternoons, evening, and weekends KidStrong helps kids win at life by building strength, confidence, and resilience through science-backed training. We're growing fast and looking for energetic, passionate coaches to lead the way. With plans to open 6+ KidStrong centers across Queens, NY in the coming years, we're seeking talented and enthusiastic professionals to join our team and help us shape the future of children's fitness. This is a hands-on role where you'll lead classes, motivate kids, and connect with families.

What You'll Do:
Deliver High-Energy Classes:
Coach kids 15 months-11 years using our proven curriculum in a safe, motivating environment. Lead from the
Front:
Set the tone with energy, passion, and consistency. Assist kids with drills while prioritizing safety.
Create Connection:
Greet every family with enthusiasm. Engage parents to educate, support, and celebrate progress. Operate Like a
Pro:
Follow class pacing and safety protocols. Use our app to track attendance, milestones, and awards. Help with opening, closing, and maintaining a clean space.
What We're Looking For:
Athletic, fitness, or coaching background preferred Experience working with kids ages 1-11 Strong communication and public speaking skills Adaptable, solutions-focused mindset CPR certified or willing to get certified Comfortable using tech tools (Slack, apps) Growth mindset and low ego
Preferred Experience:
1-3 years in fitness, kids' programs, hospitality, or other service industries Coaching or customer service experience
