Teaching Life Skills Through Sports Position:

Youth Sports Area Manager (Part-Time 30-35 hours per week)

Skyhawks Delaware Valley is a part of the national Skyhawks Sports network, a best-in-class youth sports company with over 45 years of experience. Skyhawks programs empower local coaches to teach life skills through sports. Skyhawks is best known for beginner to intermediate instruction that helps build confidence in young players, preparing them for their next step in sports. SuperTots develops emotional, social, physical, and gross motor skill development for ages 2 to 4 through fun, games-based activities. Skyhawks teaches life skills through sports for ages 5 to 14.

The Position:

Skyhawks Delaware Valley is seeking a self-motivated, highly organized individual with a growth mindset and strong people management skills. The newly hired Area Manager will: Hire, train, motivate and manage the part-time coaching staff Assist Skyhawks leadership on the company computer platform to manage sports programming, partnerships and coaching rosters Coach select Skyhawks and SuperTots sports programs Manage sports equipment inventory and logistics Ensure positive experiences for all kids and their families Work with Skyhawks Delaware Valley owner to troubleshoot customer, community, and coach challenges Create social media and print marketing content

Home access to high-speed internet and dual screen/monitor A valid driver's license and have consistent reliable transportation. Availability to work some weekend mornings
