Job Description

Part-Time Rush Noisemakers The Rapid City Rush are looking for energetic, outgoing, and reliable individuals to join the Rush Noisemakers for home games. This part-time position is a great opportunity for anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in the sports industry while helping create an exciting and memorable experience for Rush fans. Rush Noisemakers support the execution of the game-night experience by assisting game-day staff, including the in-game host and mascot, Nugget. Responsibilities include helping organize and execute promotions during timeouts, intermissions, and other game stoppages; preparing props, prizes, and promotional materials; selecting and escorting contestants; explaining contest instructions; and ensuring participants and materials are in place before each promotion. Additional responsibilities include assisting with contests, giveaways, T-shirt tosses, fan engagement, and the setup and teardown of promotional materials. Candidates should be comfortable interacting with fans, following a detailed game-night schedule, responding quickly to direction, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced live-event environment.
Qualifications:
