Foster a positive classroom atmosphere through effective classroom management and behavior management strategies that encourage cooperation and respect. Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor each child's progress, utilizing standardized testing and assessment tools to tailor instruction accordingly. Qualifications 6 Units of coursework in early childhood education Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, childhood development stages, and classroom management techniques. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with parents, colleagues, and students' families. Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning styles and developmental needs of young children. Wage Range The rate of pay offered to the selected candidate is based on internal pay policy and budget. New hires are commonly paid at the minimum of the wage range or within the lower part of the range.
