Skills & Abilities Education:
Terminal degree required in Higher Education, Student Affairs, Academic Advising, Adult Education, Health Sciences,Education Technology or a related field.Experience:
3+ years of teaching experience in higher education and/or medicaleducation.Skills:
Commitment to continuing personal and professional development. An excellentunderstanding of learning theories and how they apply to higher education to enhance student outcomes. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. Ability to problem solve, adapt, and embrace innovation and change. Collaborate effectively withfaculty, staff, and students in a fast-paced and creative environment. Contribute to creating an exceptional learning environmentfor students.
