Job Description
Turn your passion and experience into an opportunity! The Continuing Education Department is continuously accepting applications for part-time instructors to teach career certificates, professional development, and person enrichment non-credit courses in their area of expertise. Courses are presented in varying formats lasting from one day to several weeks. Start dates and times will vary according to the course offering. Instructors will prepare and present course material during the assigned course times, coordinate materials with the Program Coordinator, and follow-up with necessary paperwork. Continuing Education offers a wide variety of courses in areas including, but not limited to: Seasonal arts and crafts Yoga and wellness classes Retirement planning fundamentals Basic home repair skills Introductory courses to build confidence Describe your areas of interest and expertise in your cover letter and identify the specific course(s) you are interested in teaching.
