We're looking for dependable, energetic people who enjoy staying busy, working as part of a team, and helping children learn, play, and grow. What You'll Do Provide a safe, caring, and fun classroom environment Supervise and engage with children throughout the day Lead age-appropriate activities, play, and learning experiences Help with meals, snacks, diapering, toileting, and daily routines as appropriate for your classroom Keep the classroom clean, organized, and ready for the day Build positive relationships with children and families Work closely with your fellow teachers and center management Follow childcare licensing, health, and safety requirements Help children build confidence, independence, and social skills You'll Be a Great Fit If You Are Dependable and show up ready to work Positive, energetic, and patient Comfortable staying active throughout the day Caring and attentive with children A team player who is willing to jump in and help Organized and able to follow classroom routines Comfortable communicating with parents and coworkers Excited to learn and grow as a childcare professional Previous experience in childcare, preschool, daycare, education, camps, coaching, or working with children is a plus, but reliability, a great attitude, and a genuine interest in working with kids are just as important.
