An independent school for girls in grades 6-12, inspired by the teachings of the Catholic Church, Montrose School was founded in 1979 and is located in the welcoming community of Medfield, 17 miles southwest of Boston. Montrose School attracts a talented and growing student population from 50 towns and communities. Montrose School seeks to appoint innovative, experienced middle and upper school teachers to join our strong and collegial faculty . The successful candidate will be an accomplished teacher and an innovative educator who brings a passion and enthusiasm for helping adolescents acquire and achieve a high level of proficiency in their field of study. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment that values skill development, a hands-on approach to teaching, and positive student-teacher relationships. Strong applicants should have significant coursework in a relevant subject, a master's degree is preferred, but not required, an interest in curriculum development, an appreciation for all-girls' education, and at least three years of classroom experience is preferred.
