Caregiver - $20 to $23/Hour SYNERGY HomeCare is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Medfield, MA. We are seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers who are available for longer shifts and are committed to providing quality care in the comfort of clients' homes. What We Offer $20 to $23 per hour Weekly pay 12-hour long shifts available First and second shift opportunities Weekday and weekend availability Flexible scheduling Urgent hiring needs in Medfield Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living Support mobility, transfers, and positioning Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Provide companionship and emotional support Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment Follow individual care plans and daily routines Communicate client needs or changes in condition to the care team Qualifications Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently in a client's home Able to commit to longer shifts, including 12-hour shifts Apply Today We have an urgent need for caregivers in Medfield , with 12-hour opportunities available on weekdays and weekends.
