Responsibilities:

• Provide driving instruction to students of all ages and skill levels
• Teach students the rules of the road, defensive driving techniques, and safe driving practices
• Conduct in-car training sessions to help students develop their driving skills
• Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide feedback on areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and completion of required coursework
• Patience ability to talk professionally with students, parents, school administrators

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must have 5 years driving experience
• Cannot have more than 3pts on license
• No revocation or suspension on divers license in last 5 years
• High school diploma or GED
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience working with students or in an educational setting preferred
• Knowledge of adult education principles and techniques
• Ability to effectively educate and engage students in a classroom setting
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• If not certified must be willing to attend 2 week certification training
• Background check before employment
