Job Description
Overview:
The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Greater Triad is looking to hire certified teachers to support our local youth in-need of additional academic assistance. The Boys & Girls Clubs of the Greater Triad is looking to hire certified teachers to support our local youth in-need of additional academic assistance. Job duties will include STEM tutoring for grades K-5, also oversight of use of online educational (Age of Learning/IXL) remediation programming.
Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, 4pm-5pm, plus 1.5 additional hours per week for planning. Roughly 4.5 hours total per week.
Pay:
$30.00 per hr.
MUST BE A CERTIFIED NORTH CAROLINA TEACHER.

In person The ideal candidate will be passionate for the job with an ability to reach out to students and create a relationship of mutual trust. They will know how to organize a class and make learning an easy and meaningful process.
