Certification and Qualifications for
Teachers :
Bachelor's degree in appropriate field of study from an accredited institution New Jersey Teacher Certification, or Provisional Teacher Certification in accordance with
N.J.A.C. 6
11-3-1 Minimum two years classroom teaching experience Ability to work collaboratively Strong critical thinking and creative problem solving skills Belief that all children can learn and achieve high standards
Key Responsibilities Include:
Plan and deliver lessons aligned with NGSS and district curriculum Differentiate instruction for diverse learners Use formative and summative assessments to guide instruction Integrate technology and real-world applications into learning Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation
