•65,000+ per year based on performance Rayan Auto Sales is looking for a motivated, reliable, and energetic BDC Representative to join our growing team. This position is perfect for someone who is great on the phone, enjoys talking to customers, and is motivated by performance and bonuses. What You'll Do Respond quickly to internet, website, Facebook, and other incoming leads Make outbound calls and follow up with potential customers Communicate with customers through phone, text, and email Schedule appointments for customers to visit the dealership Confirm upcoming appointments and follow up with missed appointments Follow up consistently with unsold customers Work closely with the sales team to maximize appointments and sales Maintain accurate customer notes and follow-up activity in our CRM What We're Looking For Excellent communication and phone skills Positive, energetic attitude Reliable and punctual Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls Strong follow-up skills Basic computer and texting skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple leads Automotive BDC, sales, call-center, or customer-service experience is preferred English/Spanish bilingual is strongly preferred Automotive experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person who is motivated, dependable, and comfortable speaking with customers. Compensation $18
