The Regional Education Coach supports multiple Primrose School locations by ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality early childhood education. This role partners with school leadership and teaching staff to implement curriculum, drive instructional excellence, and maintain compliance with Primrose standards.Key Responsibilities:
Provide coaching, training, and ongoing support to teachers and school leadership across assigned locations Ensure effective implementation of the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to improve instructional practices Support schools in maintaining compliance with licensing, accreditation, and company standards Assist with onboarding and professional development of new teachers Analyze school performance data and create action plans to improve educational outcomes Collaborate with leadership teams to enhance classroom environments and student engagement Travel between assigned school locations as neededQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master's preferred) Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in early childhood education Previous coaching, mentoring, or leadership experience preferred Strong knowledge of curriculum implementation and classroom management strategies Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to travel regularly within the assigned regionSalary Range:
$65,000 to $80,000, based on level of education and relevant experience.Shift Schedule:
We offer flexible shifts between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.Benefits
