We seek a dedicated Business Education Teacher to join our faculty. The ideal candidate will bring energy, expertise, and a passion for teaching, with a comprehensive understanding of business principles and practices across multiple disciplines. The teacher will engage students in meaningful learning and help prepare them with the knowledge and practical skills needed for success in college, careers, and an increasingly complex global economy.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all planning and instruction as per the district curriculum. Teach engaging, standards-based business courses that emphasize real-world application. Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learners' needs. Integrate technology and project-based learning into lessons. Support business-related extracurriculars (e.g., DECA, FBLA, clubs). Collaborate with staff and communicate effectively with students and families.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Education, Business Administration, or related field. Valid NJ Teacher of Comprehensive Business certification (1300) or
Teacher of Business:
Finance/Economics/Law (1302) Strong content knowledge in business, finance, and/or economics. Excellent communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
