Job Description

I am looking for instructors who love working with children and have a passion for Swim! Instructors that can make a commitment to DeborahSwim and continue to teach their assigned clients through many stages of development. I offer mostly private lesson 1:1 learn to swim - advanced beginner level. My team works with all ages from 6mos-Adults, average age group 18months-7yrs old. I am looking for a long term employee who would be willing to train and teach my philosophy of swimming. I have locations in Manhattan for year-round clients with additional options to teach in-home clients in the Hamptons over the summer months. Minimum of 3 years teaching swim at any level. Minimum of 5 years working with children in any organization. Water Safety Instructor Certified (or in the process of becoming certified) $60+ per hour based on experience
