What You'll Do:
We are looking for a passionate Intervention Specialist to develop and implement individualized learning strategies for students. This position involves leading educational initiatives, providing classroom support, and ensuring students meet academic goals. Create and manage individualized learning plans for students, documenting progress and measuring the effectiveness of interventions. Lead educational assistants in the classroom and manage caseload responsibilities. Conduct comprehensive assessments and use data to guide service planning and educational strategies. Develop lesson plans aligned with state standards and district goals. Implement evidence-based teaching strategies and create a structured, supportive learning environment.
What You'll Bring:
Valid Ohio State Board of Education credentials. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment (background checks provided for free by MCESC).
