• Beauty Industry Fountain of Youth Academy of Cosmetology is seeking talented and experienced Continuing Education Instructors to join our education team!

We are looking for passionate beauty professionals who enjoy sharing their knowledge, techniques, and industry experience with other licensed professionals. This is a great opportunity for experienced beauty professionals who want to teach without committing to a traditional full-time instructor schedule. Areas We Are Looking For We are interested in instructors who specialize in areas such as: Bridal & Special Occasion Hair Updos and Styling Haircutting & Advanced Cutting Techniques Hair Coloring & Blonding Extensions Natural Hair & Textured Hair Nail Art & Advanced Nail Techniques Esthetics & Advanced Skin Care Waxing Makeup Artistry Lashes & Brows Business, Marketing & Social Media for Beauty Professionals Other advanced beauty-industry techniques Position Responsibilities Continuing Education Instructors will: Teach engaging, hands-on continuing education classes. Demonstrate professional techniques and current industry trends. Provide clear step-by-step instruction. Answer questions and provide guidance to class participants. Help create a positive, professional, and welcoming learning environment. Assist with developing class outlines and educational materials when necessary. Maintain professional sanitation, safety, and infection-control standards.

Qualifications Ideal candidates should:

Have professional experience in their area of expertise. Hold any applicable Pennsylvania professional licenses required for their specialty. Be confident demonstrating techniques in front of a group. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Be dependable, professional, and enthusiastic about education. Stay current with industry techniques, products, and trends. Previous teaching experience is a plus but is not required. Experienced industry professionals who are passionate about education are encouraged to apply. Schedule This is a part-time/as-needed position based on our continuing education class schedule. Classes may be offered on weekdays, evenings, or weekends depending on instructor and student availability. This position is ideal for working beauty professionals who would like to add education to their career while continuing to work behind the chair, in the treatment room, or within their specialty.
