Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, student observations, attendance, and assessments. Skills Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles, including childhood development and preschool teaching methodologies. Experience working with children across various age groups, especially toddlers and preschoolers. Proficiency in curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with special education practices and early intervention techniques to support diverse learners. Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Ability to manage classroom behavior constructively while fostering a positive learning atmosphere. Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is preferred to ensure child safety at all times. Experience with standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood education settings. Skills in teaching physical education activities that promote motor skills development. Understanding of child welfare policies, daycare regulations, and private school standards related to early education.
