Job Overview Innovate Learning Hub is seeking enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and student-centered tutors to provide high-quality instruction in Math, English Language Arts & Reading (ELAR), and Coding & Robotics . Our tutors are passionate about helping students build academic confidence, strengthen critical thinking skills, and develop a lifelong love of learning. In this role, you will deliver engaging one-on-one and small-group instruction, create individualized learning plans, and use innovative teaching strategies and educational technology to support student success. Whether helping a student master foundational math concepts, improve reading and writing skills, or explore coding and robotics, you will play a key role in fostering academic growth in a supportive and encouraging environment. Responsibilities Provide engaging one-on-one and small-group tutoring in Math, ELAR, and/or Coding & Robotics for students in elementary, middle, and high school. Develop customized lesson plans and learning activities based on individual student needs and academic goals. Incorporate hands-on learning, educational technology, and interactive teaching strategies to maximize student engagement. Monitor student progress, provide regular feedback, and adjust instruction to promote mastery and confidence. Assist students with homework, test preparation, project-based learning, and skill development. Foster a positive, respectful, and motivating learning environment that encourages curiosity and perseverance. Communicate with parents, teachers, and program coordinators regarding student progress and recommendations. Maintain accurate records of attendance, lesson plans, and student performance. Qualifications Experience tutoring or teaching students in Math, ELAR, Coding, Robotics, or related subjects is preferred. Strong knowledge of grade-level academic standards and instructional best practices. Ability to explain complex concepts in clear, engaging, and age-appropriate ways. Experience using educational technology and virtual learning platforms is a plus. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to motivate and build positive relationships with students from diverse backgrounds. Experience working with students requiring differentiated instruction or learning accommodations is beneficial but not required. Current college enrollment, bachelor's degree, or teaching certification in a related field is preferred but not required, depending on subject expertise. Why Join Innovate Learning Hub?
