Job Description

EHS Specialist needed to support environmental, occupational health, safety, regulatory compliance, inspections, training, and monitoring activities across manufacturing sites. Job Requirements BS degree required 5-7 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment Ability to work any shift as needed Ability to travel as needed Ability to work overtime as needed Medical, vision, hearing, and color assessments required Knowledge of OSHA requirements Knowledge of environmental regulations Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements for manufacturing operations Preferred Skills Current RCRA certification Current DOT certification Current OSHA certification Global EHS compliance experience U.S. and EU compliance experience Auditor certification Experience conducting EHS and regulatory compliance inspections Experience supporting EHS training programs Experience developing monitoring systems for emissions and equipment performance Job Responsibilities Lead environmental, occupational health, and safety plans Coordinate EHS activities across U.S. manufacturing sites Develop monitoring systems for variables affecting emissions and equipment performance Perform random EHS and regulatory compliance inspections Verify site compliance with OSHA, environmental, and regulatory requirements Coordinate EHS training needs across the organization Assist with EHS training activities as needed Support new employee facility orientation related to EHS requirements Maintain compliance with environmental, occupational health, safety, and regulatory standards
