• Full-time Apple Chevrolet of Altavista is looking to hire the right candidate to join our Vehicle Sales Team.

Automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required for the right person. We will train motivated individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and succeed. The role of a Sales Consultant is to maintain strong product knowledge, stay informed on current promotions and inventory, and provide an outstanding customer experience from start to finish. Our sales team focuses on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering professional, friendly communication throughout the sales process. We encourage our staff to be active members of the community we serve and to maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and customer care.

REQUIREMENTS

Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday Strong desire to assist customers and provide excellent service Outgoing personality with confidence handling objections Strong communication and relationship-building skills Customer service and/or sales experience preferred Process-driven with the ability to track personal performance Persistent, competitive, and motivated with a strong work ethic Focused on customer needs and long-term relationship building Computer literate with basic math skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
