About the Role As an Electrical Cable Technician, you will be instrumental in building the complex electrical systems that power our operations. By leveraging your technical expertise in soldering and blueprint interpretation, you will ensure that every connection meets our high standards for performance and reliability. Responsibilities Construct intricate wire harnesses by accurately interpreting complex electrical schematics and technical diagrams. Execute precise soldering and mechanical assembly tasks to ensure optimal component connectivity. Perform rigorous quality inspections to verify that all finished assemblies align with engineering specifications. Utilize specialized hand tools and assembly equipment to streamline production workflows. Maintain a high-functioning, organized workspace to support efficient output and safety standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve daily production targets and project milestones. Proactively identify and report technical discrepancies to ensure continuous process improvement. Required Skills High school diploma or equivalent. Demonstrated manual dexterity and exceptional hand-eye coordination. Proven ability to follow detailed technical instructions and safety protocols. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Preferred Skills Prior experience in industrial electrical assembly or low voltage cabling. Proficiency in reading and applying complex blueprints and wiring diagrams. Familiarity with equipment installation and general electrical maintenance practices. A proactive mindset with a strong desire to master new manufacturing processes.
