Job Description

Electrical Inspector OR, USA Electrical Inspector - Meter Skid Project
Location:
Oregon Overview Will be responsible for ensuring all electrical installations meet applicable codes, project specifications, and client quality standards. Key Responsibilities Inspect electrical systems, components, and installations on meter skid assemblies for compliance with project specs, NEC, and applicable codes Review and verify electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and single-line diagrams against field installations Witness and document factory acceptance testing (FAT) and site acceptance testing (SAT) as required Identify and document non-conformances and work with the project team to resolve deficiencies Prepare daily inspection reports and maintain accurate QC documentation Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and the client QA/QC team Ensure work is performed in compliance with OSHA and project safety requirements Qualifications Minimum 5 years of electrical inspection experience in oil & gas, midstream, or EPC environments Experience with meter skids, custody transfer equipment, or measurement facilities preferred Familiarity with NEC, API, and ISA standards Proficiency in reading electrical drawings, P&IDs, and instrument loop diagrams Strong documentation and communication skills OSHA 10 or 30 required; additional certifications a plus
