Assembly Technician ( EnDiSys Environmental )

REPORTS TO

Production Manager Rogers, Minnesota based EnDiSys , a worldwide supplier of O.E.M. pumping systems and equipment, is also a distributor of Graco fluid dispensing equipment. EnDiSys equipment is used to meter, monitor, and control a wide variety of fluids in industrial, commercial, and mobile applications. EnDiSys Environmental also offers innovative water treatment solutions, big and small for customers and agencies around the globe. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Assembly Technician ( EnDiSys Environmental )

PURPOSE OF JOB

Efficiently perform mechanical and electrical assembly, integration, testing and improvement modifications on EnDiSys Environmental systems. Also responsible for the managing of part pulling, inventory and completion of work tickets applicable to EnDiSys Environmental systems .

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES/DUTIES

• Electrical & mechanical assembly of Endisys Environmental equipment and systems.
• Will work from prints, drawings, work tickets and other specifications in accordance with established assembly and inspection procedures
• Follow production build rates and schedules to meet time and quality standards
• May build crates and packaging equipment for shipment
• Demonstrate the ability to work as a team member in a manner that is conducive to a positive work environment

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years' experience working in a similar environment
• Knowledge of general shop/manufacturing practices, tools, and equipment
• Capability of repeatable mechanical assembly using best standards techniques
• Demonstrated ability to work with computers and shop tools
• Demonstrated excellent written and oral communication skills
• Industrial electrical and mechanical ability is a must
• Strong work ethic and strong communication skills are a mus.
• Experience assembling using drawings or schematics are a plus
• Must be self-directed, solution based with the ability to problem solve independently.

DESIRABLE

• Industrial controls, construction electrical, panel building and industrial troubleshooting is preferred.
• Graco, Inc product knowledge
• Fluid Power or Mechatronics Degree
• Notable electrical experience in similar fields
• Automotive/Diesel engine repair experience is a plus
